Copper & Steel

Fire. Steel. Plate.

Forged over live fire.

Copper & Steel runs on one piece of equipment we refuse to compromise on: the hearth. Every cut is dry-aged in-house for a minimum of 30 days, then finished over live oak and copper-lined coals. No sous vide shortcuts, no finishing sauces hiding a bad sear.

We built the room the same way we build the plate — exposed steel, warm copper, low light, no distractions from what's on the fire. Seven dishes, forged the hard way, every single night.

"The tomahawk alone is worth the drive. We've been three times this month and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the best steak in the city."

"Every cut tastes like it was made by someone who actually cares about the fire. No filler on the menu, no filler on the plate. It shows."

"Booked for a birthday dinner and the whole table went silent for the first five minutes — everyone just eating. That's the highest compliment I can give."
